I never thought I would witness the wholesale embracing of evolution by leaders in the evangelical church that I am seeing now. We are entering a strange time in the church and the culture. The culture seems poised to embrace a rebirth of humanistic, feel good-deedism, and many in the church are sliding into a rebirth of a mainline, bottom-up, social gospel void of power and truth. But God has always had a people and His Word will prove itself to be true in every case. What will we do? Stay faithful and “contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints (Jude 3).”
