Here’s What I Think Is Going to Happen and Why

On the eve of Congress’s count of the electoral votes, and the Georgia Senate race runoffs, here’s my prediction of what is going to happen:

On the Hill…

> It’s going to be a long day with a lot of rhetoric and no result other than Joe Biden being confirmed as the next President of the United States.

Why?

1. Because not every swamp monster is a leftist, a liberal, or a Democrat.

2. Some conservatives simply don’t want more of Trump but are afraid to say it out loud for fear of 76 million plus Trumpers.

3. Because, for whatever reason, all those who could step up and fight this like the Supreme Court and Republicans in the Senate, have signaled that they are not interested.

4. Because good people don’t riot and destroy cities when they lose.

5. Because this is not about the people’s voice anymore.

In Georgia…

> I expect to see losses in both races.

Why?

1. Because those who committed fraud in the General Election discovered that they could cheat and get away with it. There is no reason not to cheat now especially with so much at stake. It’s a freebie.

I hope I am wrong on all accounts.

  1. You could be wrong for a number of reasons. I however totally agree with you. The election was stolen and I dont see much of a chance of it being reversed. The bigger issue which Christians must get a grip on is that our society is overwhelmed with spiritual darkness that covers our land as well as this planet. I cant see a way back to sanity for America without it being a devine intervention from God, and that of course depends on what his plan is which will not be thwarted..Pray pray pray! The world todat really brings me back to Ephesians…6
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. 12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. 13Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.

  2. It certainly seems as if Trump has caused an awful lot of trouble. And it’s getting far worse.

  3. What is the best and fairest assessment you can make? I would really like to know.

    • I think the better thing is not always having to assess. My purpose is the same regardless. I don’t feel the need to defend or demonize either side. I do believe in exposing truth. In Trump’s case I don’t think there is some unexposed thing. Not so the left.

  4. If what you are saying about a Trump is “what you see is what you get”, then I agree. No surprises there. But I guess, unlike you, I do feel the need to assess the situation , being an American who has to live under a President , and being a Christian who sincerely desires the truth ,as you say you do. I certainly do not support the left . I guess I would say it this way: I feel like Trump spits venom out of the front of his mouth. Biden and friends? They let the venom slip out of the sides of their mouths while they keep smiling all the while. Neither side is representing what Jesus would do; not by a long shot. I will be upset to live under the presidency of either one of them.

    • The problem is with your expectation. These men are politicians. They never intended to live up to your mora expectations. His can elevate or demote either one of them or introduce someone else or give us no one at all. So, if this is what God is doing what should we do? Complain about what he’s doing? No. We can share truth and fulfill God’s purpose in our lives.

  5. Agreed. Philippians 4:8 !
