In 2013, I posted an article on this blog chronicling Barack Obama‘s elevating of gay rights to the level of the women’s suffrage movement and the black civil rights movement, which he did with his inaugural speech that year.

We, the people, declare today that the most evident of truths –- that all of us are created equal –- is the star that guides us still; just as it guided our forebears through Seneca Falls, and Selma, and Stonewall; just as it guided all those men and women, sung and unsung, who left footprints along this great Mall, to hear a preacher say that we cannot walk alone; to hear a King proclaim that our individual freedom is inextricably bound to the freedom of every soul on Earth. 

In that statement, by mentioning Stonewall in the same breath with Seneca Falls and Selma, he elevated gay rights to the lofty level of women’s suffrage and black civil rights.

Now, this many years later, Mr. Obama—struggling to remain relevant—has officially married the Democratic Party to the socialist movement in America by showing up with Zohran Mamdani ( New York City’s communist mayor) at a preschool in the Bronx and leading the children in a rousing rendition of “Wheels On The Bus.”

Their meeting together is being heralded as though it were a high-level meeting between two world leaders joining one another for peace talks or something. CNN referred to it as meeting, “face-to-face.“ Fox called it, “their first joint appearance.”

Make no mistake about it: the Democrat party in America has transitioned into a full-blown socialist movement. Which is not surprising for a party full of leaders that will do anything— and I mean anything— to regain the White House and garner power for themselves
