  1. This message you gave Sunday hit the nail on the head.
This may sound crazy but I welcome when messages are preached from the pulpit that makes me uncomfortable with something in my life that needs to be taken care of. I must say that I wasn’t surprised by the example you gave of the person not thinking there was anything wrong with they way they were living. Whether we like to believe it or not, most people don’t spend time in Gods word to find out what he is saying. I think the realities of what the Bible says is sin must be delivered by ministers because of the lack of knowledge people have of Gods word. Sin is rampant in our culture, Gods word brings it to light in our life and his Holy Spirit draws us to the truth. Correct me if I’m wrong here pastor but when I think of the scripture you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free, I take it as a two part work. The Holy Spirit makes Gods word come alive in our lives!
I love your lack of fear to tell it as Gods word declares it. Without the truth there can be no healing. I will take the lead by saying I have you beat in needing it as much as anyone else. I love when the Lord opens the blinded eyes and deaf ears!!

    • Thank you so much Mark! I agree with you: not just knowing the truth but letting the truth win. My habit is to preach what i know that I need or what I am learning for myself, etc. I don’t deserve your kind words but I am encouraged nonetheless! Thank you again!
